Ingredients
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp all spice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbs maple syrup
Instructions
  1. In a high speed blender combine all ingredients for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Serve immediately.
  3. Enjoy!
