Gin Mojitos
Happy Thirsty Thursday! 😉 This week went by in the blink of an eye…. Summer is just around the corner and so is patio season. 😉 I love a refreshing cocktail on a hot night. These mojitos are the perfect drink, I love using fresh herbs in my drinks. A classic mojito is made with rum and can be quite sweet, this recipe is more fresh and crisp. Mint is a great herb, it’s the perfect palate cleanser, it can be used as a breath freshener, is soothing on your stomach in cases of indigestion or inflammation and  it also helps to promote digestion. Have I given you enough reasons to try it in your next cocktail………..;)  This drink is sure to impress your guests at the next BBQ.
