gluten free cinnamon swirl bread

OMG this bread turned out amazing! 🙂 I was on the internet the other day when I stumbled upon this awesome blog called My Big Fat Grain Free Life, Jen is on a similar diet to me. I found her tasty swirl bread recipe and knew I had to try making it. I believe in giving credit, where credit is due, Jen you rock! I slightly adapted her recipe. Even if you are not on a grain free diet, this bread will make your tummy smile. 🙂 Everyone in my house wanted a piece. Serve with a nice cup of tea on a rainy day like today and you are set! Grain free cinnamon swirl bread

Grain Free Cinnamon Swirl Bread
Cuisine: Grain Free
Serves: 1 loaf
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ½ cup apple sauce (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1¾ cup almond flour
  • pinch sea salt
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  1. Preheat your even to 350 degrees and then grease a bread pan with coconut oil, adding a piece of parchment paper to help you get your bread out later.
  2. In your blender combine all the ingredients except the last 2 (cinnamon and sugar).
  3. Once everything is combined pour batter into your bread pan.
  4. Mix your cinnamon and sugar together and then swirl it through your batter.
  5. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  6. Let cool, then slice and serve.
  7. Enjoy!
