Happy Friday! If you haven’t tried making chimichurri sauce yet, you don’t know what your missing! I only discovered this delicious dressing/sauce recently and it really adds great flavour to any dish. It’s super easy to make and you can store it in the fridge for up to a week. Chimichurri Sacue On Eveything

Serves: ½ cup
Ingredients
- 3 tbs chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 tbs chopped fresh parsley
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
- 1-2 cloves garlic crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ½ shallot finely chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and store in a jar in the fridge for a minimum of one hour before severing.
- Enjoy on top of anything!
