Is it Thirsty Thursdays?! 😉 I know I’m a health blogger and it might seem strange that I post alcoholic drink recipes, but I believe in moderation! I don’t drink every night but I do have the occasional glass of wine or tasty cocktail. 😉 If your eating healthy most of the time and drink lots of water, having the occasional french fry, pizza slice and glass of wine are all ok in my books. Life is for living and feeling deprived is not something I believe in! So lets talk about this delicious martini. I posted a drink last month with gin and rose kombucha and I let you know that kombucha is full of probiotics. So making your cocktails with this healthful mixer will help your body recover faster from the affects of the alcohol. I just love all of the flavour combinations from Rise Kombucha. Just remember to stay hydrated and drink lots of water with your cocktails and never drink on an empty stomach! Cheers. 😉
- 4 Shots of vodka
- ½ lemon, juiced
- ice cubes
- ½ bottle lemongrass kombucha
- In a martini shaker, put 6 ice cubes, the vodka and lemon juice. Shake up and pour into martini glasses.
- Topp the glasses with kombucha and garnish with a lemon twist.
